The Residence at Holmes Hotel can be hire exclusively for a standing reception for up to 130 guests. The Residence compromises of the below spaces:
The Billiards Room is a unique, multi-purpose space, where our antique wooden meeting table unveils a hidden gem as this can be transformed into a billiards table.
This stylish room can be booked out for meetings for up to 14 guests as well as breakout space to play pool or snooker, and includes a hidden TV screen, full AV capabilities, and access to our fully stocked Pantry. The room also features an obligatory brandy and whisky drinks cabinet, scoreboard and cues for when the meeting ends, and the fun can begin. 14 seated or 20 standing.
The Cellar is a warm and cosy panelled room featuring claret red walls. The space creates an elegant yet informal setting as is perfect for small meetings. 8 seated.
The Conservatory features a large open skylight to the private courtyard above. Flooded with natural daylight, and suitable for a range of meetings or business lunches and dinners, the brick walls, stylish décor and unique lighting design all add to the space. Ideal for boardroom meetings and private dinners for up to 10 guests, or a reception for up to 15 guests.
The Laboratory features a 65-inch interactive screen, as well as wipeable walls for planning and writing on, It's the perfect room for brainstorming ideas, meetings and workshops. The Laboratory can accommodate up to 14 people for a boardroom meeting.
The Pantry is a beautiful contemporary home kitchen with everything you need to host your private party. Featuring handpicked marble cabinets with matching counter tops, high kitchen stools, fully-stocked snack drawers and a premium wine fridge with still and sparkling water on tap, The Pantry is available for private hire, including the options of hosting cocktail masterclasses and cookery workshops for up to 20 people.
The Roof Terrace at Holmes Hotel London is an idyllic setting for your drinks reception. Located on the mezzanine level, the hideaway features beautiful fairy lights, a grass lawn and archway. It can accommodate up to 20 guests.
