Arriving in London from 19th-23rd June, Taste of London will highlight the capital’s incredible food and drink offering with limitless combinations of culinary trails for guests to follow. With confirmed restaurants including Michelin starred restaurant Trishna, recently formed Bala Baya Group and authentic Italian eatery Lina Stores, the five-day festival will also feature pop-ups from the likes of Dominque Ansel Bakery and Fuwa Fuwa, the only restaurant in Europe where customers can purchase Japanese soufflé pancakes.

The restaurants involved in Taste of London this summer will be serving up a selection of delicious dishes including some brand-new offerings exclusive to the festival. London favourite, BAO, will be debuting a Curry Cheese Bao with Fermented Chilli at Taste of London, with Hoppers creating a 42 Hour Roast Mutton Roti just for the event. Trishna will be cooking up an exclusive Seafood Biryani with Pink Peppercorn Raita, giving Taste of London visitors the chance to taste Michelin Star cooking for less than £10.

From fine dining dishes to street food favourites, there will be an incredibly diverse selection of cuisines on offer with a number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. Blondies Kitchen will be offering a number of vegan options, including their Hot Chunky Monkey Cookie Dough with Banoffee Ice Cream, and Smoke & Salt will be cooking up vegan Corn-‘Dogs’ with creamy tofu sauce. Vegan experts Club Mexicana will also be appearing at Taste of London, cooking up an exclusive dish of Annatto Glazed ‘Ribs’ with Potato Salad and Club Mex Pickles.

World-renowned chef Dominique Ansel will also be appearing at Taste of London this June, featuring three specialty frozen s’more flavours. The Banoffee Frozen S’mores will feature their signature honey marshmallow wrapped around homemade banana ice cream with crispy dulcey feuilletine and cookie crumble, served on a smoked willow wood branch and torched to order. There will also be Strawberries and Cream Frozen S’Mores and Blackcurrant and Elderflower Frozen S’mores available at Taste of London.

In addition to the world-class food and drink being served up at Taste of London this June, there will be a number of cooking and cocktail masterclasses and exclusive dining experiences centred around a ‘Wild in the City’ theme, exploring sustainability and championing craftsmanship in London’s food industry.

And one of our favourites, Sagardi Basque Country Chefs will be cooking up some of their tasty dishes – a must try!
